Nanotherapy · needle-free mesotherapy
Actives delivered through surface nanoneedles: dark circles, hydration, fine lines and tone. It is not injected mesotherapy.
How it worksSurface nanoneedles that open the way for the chosen actives to reach the skin instead of sitting on top of it.
- Rhythm
- A course of sessions, then spaced maintenance.
- Back to normal

What it is
Nanotherapy applies actives through nanoneedles that work in the most superficial layer of the skin. Nothing is infiltrated at depth: a minimal way in is created so vitamins, hyaluronic acid, peptides or hydrating factors reach where a cream cannot.
The cocktail is what defines the session, and it is chosen according to what your skin asks for: actives that work on dark circles and microcirculation, hydrating actives for dehydrated skin, peptides for expression lines, brightening actives for uneven tone.
It is a skin treatment — the kind you notice in quality and light rather than in shape. It fits particularly well as a follow-up after HIFU or radiofrequency, when the skin is receptive.
Who it is for
- Dark circles and a dull eye contour
- Dehydrated skin with no light
- Fine expression lines
- Uneven tone
- Skin that needs a push before an event
- As reinforcement within a facial protocol
Better to wait, or to check first, if…
- Active infections, a herpes flare-up or lesions in the area
- Active inflammatory acne in the area
- Dermatitis, eczema or rosacea in a flare
- Moles and pigmented lesions: we do not pass over them
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Known allergy to any of the actives: go over it at the assessment
- Ongoing cancer treatment, immunosuppressive treatment or autoimmune disease in an active phase
- Uncontrolled diabetes and a tendency to keloids
- Current or recent isotretinoin
- Clotting disorders or anticoagulant treatment, without medical clearance
- Skin with recent sunburn
Since actives are applied, allergy is the first thing to rule out. Bring whatever information you have.
The session, step by step
- 01
Assessment and choosing the cocktail
We decide which actives make sense for your skin today. There is no single formula for everybody.
- 02
Cleansing
The skin is cleaned thoroughly before we work.
- 03
Zone by zone
The working areas are covered with the handpiece, with particular care around the eyes.
- 04
Sealing
The active is finished off and sealed with whatever suits.
- 05
Aftercare
Sun protection and the instructions for the days that follow.
What it feels like
A surface tickle and some stinging on the thinnest areas, especially the eye contour. It is one of the easiest sessions to sit through.
Before and after
Before you come
- No retinol or acids in the days before
- Come without makeup if you can
- No recent sun or sunbeds
- Tell us about your allergies, even the ones that seem irrelevant
After the session
- Redness and slight heat that drop quickly
- No makeup that day
- High sun protection
- Avoid the sauna, the pool and intense exercise the same day
- Do not introduce new actives in the following days
When you see it
Light and hydration show up early. The deeper work — dark circles, fine lines, tone — is gradual and planned as a course of sessions.
What it does not do
- It is not injected mesotherapy: it works at the surface and its reach is smaller
- It does not remove eye bags: if the bag is herniated fat, this will not take it away
- It does not erase structural dark circles or the shadow cast by a hollow
- It does not tighten the skin and does not replace a firming treatment
