The lesion, untouched
This is how it arrives. Before the plasma goes anywhere near it, the lesion is examined: shape, border, colour and whether it has changed. Anything that does not look like a cosmetic matter is not treated here — it is referred.

The hand is on show all day and does not forgive a scar. This is the whole process, filmed in 4K: the lesion before it is touched, the session point by point, and the crust that does the rest of the work.

Plasma does not cut or burn at depth: it makes controlled micro-lesions at the surface. The work happens in millimetres, with the skin held taut between two fingers.
The crust is the part almost nobody shows and the one that matters most: it falls off on its own. Picking it is the one reliable way to ruin the result.

On hands and visible areas the priority is not speed, it is leaving no mark. That is why the work stays at the surface and the crust is allowed to take as long as it takes.
Real photos and videos from the treatment room, shared by the people in them. Every skin responds differently: healing times, the number of sessions and the result are always assessed at your free consultation, and cannot be guaranteed or carried over from one case to another. No skin lesion is treated here without a doctor having seen it first.
A complete case, start to finish: the session on the couch, the crusting days almost nobody shows you, and the new skin at the end. No filters and no skipping the uncomfortable part.
A pronounced mark on the side of the nose and a small skin tag by the tear duct, both already assessed by a doctor. No scalpel and no stitches: this is the whole process, photo by photo.
A wart on the instep, the kind that rubs inside a shoe. Here is the before with clean skin, the full session and how the area looks at the end. This case has explicit images: we have left them veiled.
Several skin tags and one larger wart on the neck and shoulder, on a male patient. It is the only case narrated by Irma herself while she works, from the anaesthetic to the same-day result.
